Pros
- the building was renovated so everything is new;
Cons
- (pre covid) not enough computers for people (every time there was shift change, there were always some people lost, looking for a working computer so they could sit and start working - obviously that time was not paid even though it was the company's fault); - (working from home) late assistance when it comes with technical issues, resulting again on late logins to work that were discounted from our pay-check; - overwork the staff with promises of a better position (never happens; or if it does, you are still being paid the same amount as a costumer service representative); - HR is manipulative during the firing process: even though I indeed had some punctuality and absence issues, they made me quit the job, threatening me with a disciplinary process and a lawyer if I decided to stay, even if I promised on that last meeting that I would come earlier to work from then on. Giving me no choice but to quit right then and there (the HR even had a A4 ready for me) and to leave with no unemployment benefit even though I was working there for more then 5 years and had just come back from medical leave of 1 year from the burnout I got from the overwork mentioned previously (i was already working for a few months but obviously not adjusted well by the multiple times they changed my team leader and all covid restrictions); This HR meeting was experienced by several of my colleagues, on different occasions;
