Pros

Ever since I joined Foundever (It was know Sitel before when I joined) I was able to provide for my family. I was able to enhance my skills and given a chance to be promoted in a short period of time. Working with Foundever had made me realize how a good company works and manage their employee. Best BPO company that I worked with so far! Hands down. 100% da best!!!

Cons

NONE!!! Maybe the distance and location since its always traffic in the area but still a good environment.

Work hours depends on clients needs. So hours may vary.

Work at home is the only pro

The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
