Pros

Avoiding daily commutes in traffic is about all the benefit this company has to offer for work at home agents. Of course you can always dress any way you like too.

Cons

1. Very poor communication 2. Poor pay 3. Faulty used equipment and servers 4. Poor training modules 5. Conveyor belt mentality 6. Poor HR 7. Surveys which result in nothing 8. Pay does not commensurate with experience or skills. 9. Pay does not commensurate with what is expected.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
