Pros

Working from home saves you commute time. My coworkers, but they have been leaving one by one...we are all jumping this sinking ship.

Cons

Extremely underpaid, working as a bilingual customer service agent for Foundever is so much more than servicing customers, they will have you doing sales and translating for many different departments within and your performance points will be affected if you don't offer those "sales", in our offer letter this was not stated. You are constantly micromanaged and the training they provide for the Spanish team is mediocre at best; all the training content is in English. Every single person in my group is looking for a job elsewhere, me included. The morale is low, there is no room for advancement.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
