Their systems are always broken during the busiest times but they blame YOU. If you stand up for yourself or submit complaints to HR, they ignore you and write you up. They allowed their systems to put agents on 6-11 chats at once. They did nothing to solve this. They're rude and talk down to you even when you're not in the wrong. They yell at you across the hall instead of asking you via the Slack channel. They have no accountability and always try find ways to keep you from getting a bonus by making sure your QA score stays low. They say they're going to help you but then don't make the information you're supposed to research readily available. This is a great stepping stone but don't stay here. Move on as fast as you can find a better job.
