Fast paced environment No blame culture People are treated as adults not kids Management is very progressive and open to ideas for improving Company in general is not afraid to disrupt and try new things all in an effort to always get better Team and staff are almost always considered and heard out Overall, especially for engineers, this is a great place to work in as you get exposed to many different techs and are also given opportunities to be creative and chart your way within your product team
Cons
Nothing really, its a rapidly growing company and everyone is growing together. The current growing pains (legacy code base that needs to be refactored -- which is already being addressed anyway) are part of the territory for a rapidly growing company.
