      Benefits from day 1, free safety shoes and uniforms.

      Cons

      Everything is by seniority. Don’t matter how good of a worker you are if an employee has seniority they get priority on promotions and other things.

      Pros

      No boss breathing down your back all day.

      Cons

      No control over force outs. Management forces out product to the market that may not necessarily be needed or fit in the stores. Always have to sell more than the previous year to keep up with sales goals.
