Pros
- Able to WFH, if you need to come into the office, it’s either you have RTO schedule for the week or there are company activities held.
Cons
- No increment since last year - Line Manager terrible with communications - They will just ditch you if you don’t know anything and let you get laid off for no participation in projects. - Which is funny because there are no incoming projects for Fujitsu Malaysia. - Managers are leaving left and right for better opportunities elsewhere. - Company really unstable.
