Excellent opportunities for outside vendors to make a fortune with incompotent Directors and Managers who don't know what they're doing and have excess budget to spend.
Cons
Incompetent and self-serving leadership at the Director and Vice President levels. This place is a classic stovepipe organization. Ship is beginning to sink.
