Good benefits, many bonuses (mid-year, year-end, PA bonus 2x a year, extra bonuses), paid overtime, no retrenchments (even during recession), long Christmas break (if no overtime)
Cons
Too much overtime, early retirement benefit is small and starts late (10 years, 25%), HR systems are not flexible, some japanese consultants are incompetent
