Pros
* Exposure to leading/bleeding edge technology solutions * Very fair total compensation plans * Signs that they might have their organization pieced together cohesively by 2013
Cons
* While communication from the CEO is frequent, mission and vision clear, his VPs and Directors pass on very little else to their troops * The pieceing together of multiple acquisitions into what is today Fujitsu America has created a hodge-podge of sub-organizations under one banner. These sub-orgs are not united, communicate very poorly and no one I worked with seemed to have any pride in the organization (collectively Fujitsu America) they represented or sold for.
