Pros
Work can be very satisfying, you can just "get on with it", without being micro-managed. The work-life balance is good; if you have to be somewhere else then you have that flexability.
Cons
Flexability has always counterbalanced the remuneration of Fujitsu. Fujitsu are not known for particularly competative pay but that was always countered by work-life balance. No real pay rises or bonuses for the last 4 years has started to throw that balance out.
