Pros
Good pay if you work hard, Good vacation and benefits - 401K isn't the greatest but the Dental and Medical are very, very good.. Leave early occasionally on Fridays, specifically during Summer. A lot of in-house incentives (Yankee tickets, cash prizes, Half days, etc). The people are awesome. Ping pong tables, 2 weeks paid off for Christmas. 8:30-5, never work weekends. Honestly, I am seeing a lot of positive change in the office. Upper management has been doing a restructure and I can say that it has all for the most part been positive changes. The new business approach has also been a positive change. There are a lot of reviews on here about 'unethical business practices.' I can honestly say there are really no unethical practices. No one is flat out lying or making things up. Maybe a few individuals who goof around a bit on their own accord, but no one encourages lying or falsehoods. Like any sales job, you have to sell. If you don't sell, you're not doing your job. If you're good at your job, you can make good money here. The OTEs are definitely reasonable. That combined with the social environment makes this a very enjoyable company to work for.
Cons
Can be a bit tedious at times. Having a dry week or two can be brutal. You just have to be smart and know how to manage your pipeline.
