Pros
The company as a whole from my experience has seen substantial improvement over the last year. They have heavily invested time and investment towards training staff in the correct way. Not only to ensure they are equipped with the right skill set, but also the right support. Management want to ensure that staff remain in the company and are making sure to support staff 24/7. The salary for this type of role also is a great income and the commission incentives having recently changed allow you to earn some phenomenal money when you truly work hard. Especially for Meet the Boss which i work on, the atmosphere across the floor is fantastic. A young atmosphere of friendly men and women, all keen to work hard and enjoy the pub on a Friday now we are able to again. Definitely a great place to work. One thing I was surprised with was truly how involved Spencer and the senior management get involved with the day to day within Meet the Boss. Most CEO's and Founders will sit in the background but Spencer truly drives the atmosphere in the floor and ensures staff feel valued also.
Cons
The job is a challenging job, it's not an easy sell talking to such senior executives and the job therefore won't be for everyone. It does require a strong mindset and a work hard attitude as most sales jobs would.
