Cons

Management are cumbersome and non-supportive. Fickle, and disingenuous. Strict KPI and ineffective training.

Its great to hear that the job and benefits is good, your co-workers are supportive and friendly and the kitchen is great ( I need to see that! ) GDS is investing in a new global training programme in 2023 for all staff supported by our new global training team who will be in our US office in late March/early April to support.
