8yThank you so much for taking the time to review us! One of the things that we pride ourselves on is that our associates are truly devoted to creating a caring, family-like atmosphere. The job is, understandably, stressful in Claims, but we know that having the ability to fall back on a team is the best for everyone's success.
Overall, we want to make sure our associates are secure in that they're providing the best service possible for our customers in their time of need; this type of environment and individualized attention is so important and can affect every aspect of the job. We know you work hard (and play hard, too), so we're always so honored to be able to reward people's success and determination with raises and promotions.
