Pros
Good health insurance benefits Profit sharing Tuition reimbursement Flexibility for the senior level adjusters and their schedules Permanent WFH for senior adjusters
Cons
The workload is astronomically high and the expectations are unrealistic. Most companies have adjusters for different parts of the claim-liab/BI, we handle everything. We get 4-5 new claims a day plus demands which we are expected to have done within 5 days of receipt and have our first offer out. They will never be a 100% WFH company and only senior adjusters are permanent WFH at this time. **OUR PAY SUCKS** we do more than most other adjusters in similar positions at other companies and make much less money(some make as much as $15k more than us) Management is never clear about what’s happening in the company/dept. they’ll make changes and not tell us adjusters until something goes wrong which is frustrating. The company likes to “fix” things that aren’t broken but can’t take the time to upgrade or update things to make things easier for all involved in the claim.
