Pros
They don’t physically abuse their workers. They are a wonderful case study on poor leadership.
Cons
Discriminatory and narcissistic leaders/department heads that would rather waste company time and money on their fireside chat circle jerks than actually improving the company. (And they’ll lay off the people doing the real work to keep it that way!) If you’re a woman, minority, parent, or someone with a disability- I’m so serious when I say do NOT work here. You’ll be the first they choose to lay off or manage out. The amount of disgusting methods I’ve overheard (thanks 4 days in office and nobody being able to book a conference room so there’s no privacy) to manage out anyone who has requested an accommodation is absolutely nauseating and frankly a very serious legal risk. Convinced any positive reviews are from managers desperately trying to recruit a sucker that hasn’t read the other reviews. I think the most insidious nature of this place is how good they are at masking the absolute dumpster fire they are during the recruitment process, those guys seriously deserve a raise for the amount of smoke and mirrors they have to create to convince some clueless recent college grad that this is a good choice for their career and personal growth.
