      WFH policy and okay work environment

      GC’s leadership is absolutely ridiculous. The new GC head constantly flip‑flops on decisions with no clear structure, principles or boundaries.Business performance is shockingly poor and simply appalling. No long‑term plan, just impulsive orders from above leaving all staff suffering badly. Not recommended for anyone pursuing long‑term career development
