Friendly and professional colleagues, dynamic culture, reasonable life and work balance. Opportunity to work with diversified background colleagues and young talents get promoted pretty fast. It's a great platform of professional network. Very unique business model though copycats growing in many countries over world.
Cons
Less competitive package comparing to other consulting or financial firms. High turnover rate among junior staff. Lack of strong senior leadership and vision.
