Full stop. We would never do that. As Head of HR Business Partnerships in EMEA and APAC, I am particularly sorry to read about your experience. Our current GLGers know we’ve been working to improve the role you had as well as our employees’ overall experience. After listening to colleagues like you, we set about reimagining the position of our (Senior) Client Solutions Associates across the region and around the world. Along with additional learning and development, expanded manager training, and clearer career progression, we redesigned the core function of the role to boost skill development, make the work more fulfilling, and give our (Senior) Client Solutions Associates more autonomy and ownership. Our recent shift to remote work has only reinforced these efforts. I’m so sorry it didn’t work out when you were at the company, and we wish you all the best in your current job.
