GLG is a for-profit company—we don’t see this as running counter to our ethical responsibilities toward the world in which we do business. This is an industry we founded more than 20 years ago. Given the nature of GLG’s work, we’re especially well-positioned to provide valuable in-kind services to nonprofit clients, who rely heavily on expert insights to make an impact in their respective communities. We don’t see any conflict between the high performance our business requires and compassion for each other’s situations. In fact, GLGers often take this upon themselves, whether by participating in one of our Diversity Networks or stepping up for each other during February's winter storm in Austin or throughout India's recent Covid surge.
