Top performers and self starters are very well positioned for growth, and the company naturally needs to retain talent. Learning based environment that's open to opinions and suggestions. Top tier facilities. Wide geographic footprint and flexible management makes choosing a city to live in fairly easy. Clear growth trajectories and solid outlook for the company's core businesses.
Cons
It's an information services company so there can be a lot of talking and time-suck meetings with buzz words. Can be difficult for newly hired mid-level managers from outside to find their way in the system given the unique work. Company is very much geared toward younger professionals and opportunities are much easier to attain for individuals who went through the senior associate program. Has some fat in the middle from earlier years of less rigorous hiring standards.
