GLG is a strong marketplace for consultants. They clearly communicate clients’ goals and objectives for each consultation. A sales representative will reach out with relevant projects, and you're able to apply based on your expertise. The process is generally smooth, and they ask a few preliminary questions to assess your fit for the engagement.
Cons
GLG needs to improve how it handles online scheduled consultations. There should be stricter policies in place to ensure clients show up on time. Currently, if a client is a no-show, consultants lose valuable time with no compensation. This is a key area for improvement.
