I reminisce about the "good old days" and of course, get nostalgic. We have grown tremendously and can't expect the people and the business as a whole to be functioning the same as it was when we have nearly doubled in size year over year. With change and growth comes frustrations and these frustrations have caused some turmoil personally and across the sales org, all of which have been mentioned in prior posts: CSM re-org has disrupted AM productivity, Quota's seem unattainable, morale is low . . . It hasn't been an easy few months to say the least.
That said, I do indeed see a light at the end of the tunnel. Every issue mentioned in previous posts has been addressed by the proper leaders. The issues are already being tackled and some, even resolved.
