Pros

The main reason I would recommend working at Glassdoor is the salary and the product itself. Glassdoor is a must-have solution for any company looking to showcase their employer branding and looking to attract top-level jobseekers. One Enterprise Sales Manager is a credit, not because there is only really one but because they are human and look after their employees.

Cons

The EMEA Leadership team thanks to its inability to do anything productive when it comes to supporting employees. I mean how many leaders do you know who think the best approach to overcome a poor employee survey is to cry about it before terminating the employment of several dedicated employees???? The biggest no-no for new employees is to do what was asked of them and be successful by actually closing business and creating relationships. You are better off doing nothing for 6 months, telling a few jokes, saying yes all the time and offering up pipe-line dreams. I wouldn't recommend Glassdoor EMEA to anyone unless you have a history of working with snakes and don't mind the hiss.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. It's great to hear that you feel positive about our product and we agree that Glassdoor has become a must-have for employers looking to manage their brand and attract new employees. However, it is clear that you did not feel adequately supported during your time at Glassdoor, and I'm disappointed you were left with that impression. We invest significant resources to help Account Executives ramp as quickly as possible and be successful. It is not in our interests to see people fall short. Glassdoor is a highly transparent organization and listens to its employees, to ensure that we are providing the best possible experience. We run a quarterly employee survey, as well as putting on regular EMEA and company-wide All-Hands. All this, combined with regular manager 1-2-1s are designed to share information, gather feedback and learn where we can improve. This is something which is very important to us, and we place great emphasis on clear and actionable feedback at all levels. One of our company values is transparency and we live that value every day. We continuously seek to improve and make positive changes including changes based on employee feedback. That said, we can always do better and my door is always open if you want to share more with me. Wishing you the very best with your future career.

Pros

The benefits and culture were probably the best I've ever had. Even better than the benefits were the people I worked with. I enjoyed coming into work and doing my job and really stood behind the company tag line of helping people find jobs they love.

Cons

During covid things started getting bad. Like many other companies layoffs came around and how the company handled those were terrible. You show up one day and next thing you know you lose access and cryptic email and then your'e gone. This happened again in 2025. They brought in person whose job it was to basically get people to leave. They didn't care about the content on the site, or any of the efforts in place to promote integrity and transparency and instead just wanted to shove AI down everyone's throat. What's sad is that Glassdoor was once a great company that I was proud to say I worked for. Now it's just like everywhere else, AI, AI, AI and trying to get people to quit before the next round of layoffs.
