Thank you for making me smile and sharing your feedback. I mean, what a headline! It’s true, we DO take your feedback seriously and want to have candid discussions. Clearly, I’ve made some mistakes and am not perfect, but I do care deeply about our teams and strive to be better each day. It sounds like you have an eye on career progression. Excellent! It’s true, the career progression program for CS is robust. In addition, I’ve been so impressed by the many learning opportunities provided this year. From peer-to-peer, to external speakers, to external trainers, to Udemy and our ERG sessions, I’ve learned so much.
