      Pros

      Very ambitious company, good opportunities to progress, very good and effective management that get the best out of their teams, and are supportive. Also good incentives for high sales achievers. Office location is ideal.

      Cons

      Can be high pressure and very stressful. IT equipment is old and sometimes doesn’t function well.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
