Very micromanaging bosses Rigid work hours and no flexibility People who get on with senior management are given priority and preference in every way No hot drinks provided Charge you for overpriced coffee Very high staff turnover Don’t care about staff Lots of other females leaving company Sexist environment Poor pay and no pay increases unless you resign Zero real career opportunities No benefits to speak of at all Early starts

Posting on behalf of our Head of Healthcare Account Management: Thank you for your review and feedback, I’d like to address some of the points you’ve raised. In terms of gender diversity, we’ve recently hired four females into the team. Our culture is based on meritocracy, the better you do the more opportunities you get. High performers are rewarded exceptionally well and our commission structure and salaries are very lucrative in the business intelligence industry. Account Managers have the flexibility to travel and freedom to manage their account book as if they were running their own business. We have a high level of expectation and as high growth company that experiences double digit growth year on year, we work hard with Account Managers who are not meeting required standards to ensure their success by providing clear instructions and follow through. Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

Supportive team, collaboration within the team

Cons

You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
