Operates at pace, biased to action and very little red tape to wade through. It's great to work in a business where the founders are still here - the knowledge of the market and our customers is top notch

Priorities can change quickly, management data and automation is a bit weak for a business of this size, but this is being addressed.

You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
