Pros

Good salary. But only when you join. Less appraisal there after. Some projects are good. You can learn latest technology. But on your own. WFH.

Cons

Not so professional management. They speak one thing and do another, Like they are themselves not sure what is going on. What is the fuss about my goals? That too Quarterly? Managers themselves are not interested in following the guidelines which are there for employees. Expect employees to fill appraisal forms on time. Send e mails thrice a week about status and then can't process it on time. and shift timelines even further. Why do you need 5 months to process the appraisal? Why do you expect deliverys on time when you can not do your job on time? Why offer letters are to be released on last week of july, when they are applicable from start of july. Why 5 star parties for league extra ordinary and not even an annual bash for league ordinary (95%)? Why no subsidiary in food in cafeteria? Why force bus employees for 9 hrs, who were most sincere? Would you pay them for the time they spend on client calls after which they attend after office hours? You have changed a great company to work for to just another company to work for. No offense please!

Pros

Offered remote work. Other than that, nothing.

Cons

Incredibly disorganized from onboarding to the recent mass layoffs of both contractors and full-time employees. The culture within the project I worked on was prone to toxic corporate politics, and the guidelines for the work performed were often vague and shifting. I can only assume this is indicative of the larger environment Gobal Logic cultivates, but it's hard to tell as their website includes nothing but word salad around what they actually do or the services they provide. Leadership constantly changed the goalpost meaning no one could truly learn or succeed. The airplane was being built as it was being flown, essentially. New tools were consistently introduced and then changed when it was found they were ineffective and the client was not being given the results they demanded. It almost felt at times as if the project was being internally sabotaged, though I'm not sure what the benefit of that would be. While not a scam, there is no hope of upward mobility, and you can be let go at a moment's notice. The instability and culture of fear they create is absolutely intentional, and you'd be better off working elsewhere for the sake of your mental health. I don't foresee this company having any tangible longevity given how poorly it's run.
