Pros

1. Good Work life balance 2. If you are lucky you might get opportunity to work on cutting edge technology 3. Provides good stability till you are in project - need to worry if you are on pool (though the management & MD might say that its incorrect but one may has to compromise on ones skill set to get deployed on a new project) 4. Possibility of getting a good hike at the time of hiring (depends upon the requirement)

Cons

1. Hike are usually on lower side; sometimes even the top performers do not get good hikes 2. Hikes, awards and incentives are not transparent - various from group to group and project to project 3. Days of good work-life balance is slowly fading (people who used to work 11-4 need to rethink) 4. Has become unstable for senior folks - recently many seniors employees have been silently fired without any specific reasons. 5. In general, the charm & culture of Induslogic and Globallgic of pre-2013 days is now over. Slowly its becoming like a normal Services Company. And why not, it was expected as the new Top Management is from Services background. People who have never done Product Development or Product Engineering have come to the top and are telling how Product Engineering must be done.

Pros

Offered remote work. Other than that, nothing.

Cons

Incredibly disorganized from onboarding to the recent mass layoffs of both contractors and full-time employees. The culture within the project I worked on was prone to toxic corporate politics, and the guidelines for the work performed were often vague and shifting. I can only assume this is indicative of the larger environment Gobal Logic cultivates, but it's hard to tell as their website includes nothing but word salad around what they actually do or the services they provide. Leadership constantly changed the goalpost meaning no one could truly learn or succeed. The airplane was being built as it was being flown, essentially. New tools were consistently introduced and then changed when it was found they were ineffective and the client was not being given the results they demanded. It almost felt at times as if the project was being internally sabotaged, though I'm not sure what the benefit of that would be. While not a scam, there is no hope of upward mobility, and you can be let go at a moment's notice. The instability and culture of fear they create is absolutely intentional, and you'd be better off working elsewhere for the sake of your mental health. I don't foresee this company having any tangible longevity given how poorly it's run.
