      Pros

      Workmates on my level are extremely nice and professional. Higher level people are exclusive, toxic, and often gaslight us knowing they have better benefits and pay.

      Cons

      Direct hires are treated better and have lighter work than agency-hires. It is so hard to get promoted and there has not been any salary increase in 2 years
