      On time salary only. Don't choose this company gonfpr something better.

      The headoffice in Chicago doesn't know what's happening here in chennai office. It's like a dictatorship only if u put jalra or carry bucket u can get promoted tooo much of politics. No scope for growth at all. Even if u do ur work 💯% only backbotters get promoted.

      Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
