      There used to be pros as this used to be a great company.

      Cons

      The toxicity is insane. Pay is so low, below industry standards, and not worth your mental health. Absolute chaos and no regard for people. If you work here you will be a number. They will treat you like a literal baby and dehumanize you.

      Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
