Pros

Nice infrastucture - Tennis Table - No Car Parking Challenges - Designated Smoking Area

Cons

Leadership concerns significantly impacted my experience. There was a perception among many employees of favouritism, excessive micromanagement, inconsistent decision-making, and unequal access to opportunities. In some cases, employees felt excluded from meaningful work, projects, or decision-making, making it difficult to demonstrate performance and grow professionally. A recurring concern was the difference between verbal discussions and subsequent written communications. Employees often felt that conversations and documented narratives did not always align, creating confusion and uncertainty regarding expectations and performance. Many employees also felt there was limited opportunity for independent escalation of concerns involving Ayshwarya Srinivasan, as issues raised through management channels appeared closely aligned with Parag’s position. This created a perception that decisions were being made jointly, reducing confidence in the objectivity of the review and escalation process. The organization would benefit from stronger transparency, independent oversight, fairer recognition practices, and a culture that encourages open feedback without fear of repercussions.
