*****Just like any other Indian IT company****** -> More people managers than technical resources. -> Most of the Indian staff seem to be working to please US employees. -> Communication gap more often between Managers < - >Team Leads < - > Developers. - > Employees are asked to work on multiple projects at the same time which leads to work stress and too much work on their plate. -> Employees who are since the establishment of India operations don't seem to be professional enough. -> HR and payroll team hardly respond to queries over mail or chat.
