Thank you for sharing. We’re glad to hear that you liked the culture and the people at Guidepoint, and we appreciate your feedback. At Guidepoint we value our employees, which is why we offer a competitive salary and have training and mentorship programs for a variety of our positions. We also offer a benefits package which is on par with our competitors’, including enrollment in a 401(k) plan that matches up to 6% of employee contribution with no waiting time or vesting schedule to receive the match. (Please see our “Benefits” tab for a full description of our benefits.) There are many opportunities for advancement within the firm. We value promoting from within before looking outside our organization to fill roles. Thank you again your input. Please email us at feedback@guidepoint.com should you wish to continue the conversation about your experience. Best of luck in your future professional endeavors.

Pros

the only pros are the salary and two hybrid days

Cons

Do not take a job with Guidepoint, even if you were a strong student in college and consider yourself a hard worker. The project managers are fine, but the team leads are awful. You won’t learn any tangible skills; the work largely consists of reaching out to people on LinkedIn for hours on end. On top of that, they will let people go very easily. Stay away from this company.
