Pros
Great learning opportunities..! working at HDFC teaches you a lot be it the financial services area.. business perspective or growth as a mature & responsible person. Pay is good but only you reach at a level in the management.
Cons
The behaviour of management is bad.. the overall employee morals are down and HR is a puppet to management with no useful powers. If you are in branch banking you would rather prefer to work at war front. Also there is a 3months notice period with no pay! Biased pay structure Untimely reimbursement structure
