- A lot of micromanagement
- Don't really value employees efforts
- Not much work/life balance or flexibility working within that space
- The IT structure is probably one of the worse in my experience in the industry (very disorganised) > no solution to solving things (only providing bandaid solutions)
- Management don't really care about their employees only caring about results.
- No room for progression or improvement
For the time I worked there, I did not enjoy it. I saw people come and go within the Sydney office and it's proof that there's something wrong.
