Hays have excellent training and if you are considering a career in recruitment, Talent Solutions is a very good training ground to learn much needed and required skills
Cons
The glass ceiling effect and the limited earning potential. The environment cannot be directly compared to 360 recruitment but the skills, experience required and expected can be and the salary offered is lower than a similar job in other industries/ businesses/ recruitment roles.
