      1. Unprofessional work environment and poor middle and higher management's skills 2. Access of rules and restrictions 3. Inexperienced management team 4. Favoritism promoted 5. Traditional working style and policies 6. Long working hours

      Pros

      Great place for new recruiters to gain experience. A lot to learn. Younger crowd, fun teams.

      Cons

      Competitive, people that weren't succeeding would be put on PIPs and eventually let go. Can be some micro-managing. Not all managers created equal - some great, some not so great.
