Cons
- I heard the Managing Director, Tom Osbourne, mention in these exact words - "let's keep hiring, everyone is replaceable here". Let that sink in. Do you want to be a part of a company with this type of culture? - Management, Managers, etc. they really could care less about you. If you don't perform, you'll be grilled. No questions asked. All they care about is results. - Stringent KPIs could be a good thing, but what about people who work creatively at their own pace. different people work with different styles. your KPIs of 60 CVs, 20 IVCs and 20 IVOs per month is too linear.
