      Pros

      I am new to Hays, but so far I have met some great people, while being trained to a very high standard. Responsibilty has been passed down very quickly and this is a great way to learn.

      Cons

      Travel would the only fault, but this also gives me the opportunity to meet new people and develop new relationships.
