Pros
Training is good and professional from the outset but the politics, favouritism, heavily archaic views on staff management make this a bad place to work. Very poor treatment of staff, mispay internal staff constantly and then they blame the manual based system. They will use and abuse staff if the senior leader is a bad egg. Some insecure leaders exist at hays trying to sandbag good staff. Severe culture issues, retention system that provides a workplace that push 20yrs olds to work hard and anyone older out the door, no conflicting priorities allowed. Stay away or leave after you are trained!
Cons
Toxic workplace, not based on meritocracy Hemmorage staff constantly and leadership team based on favourites & luck. Social events should be banned here based on bad behaviour.
