Pros
Able to progress your career and basic salary faster than all the MNC. Able to achieve financial goals faster. Commission is monthly basis, other recruitment companies could be in quarterly basis or group comm basis, which is unfair for the hardworking staff.
Cons
High performing (kpi) and fast paced environment, if you can’t cope you’ll feel defeated. Emotional roller coaster at work, but that’s bearable when you receive your pay. Senior management lacking maturity and direction, tend to be micromanage, like to drive change management (which happened too frequently and short timeline for the change), but you just need to be patient, filter all the random thoughts and bring result.
