The company is trying to take advantage of the COVID situation by cutting salaries across the organization and asking to work like anything. Management knows that employees don't have an option because of the job market right now. So everyone is working 2x and tall targets are set along with a 20-30% salary cut. The worst part is the CEO announced that we are operationally profitable and the company is hitting 150% revenue targets almost daily. On the one hand, the company says they are going to hire more people who companies like Cult fired and already announced that we are profitable in social media but still cutting the salary of current employees. The company is claiming to have enough money in the bank to survive the next two years and going for series C funding but the attitude towards employees is pathetic. Management has a habit of declaring war and making employees work like anything. Management is mean and tries to take advantage of every small thing. No employee benefits exist in this company. They claim to provide 2 Lacs of health insurance to employees where full money (around 3.5k) should be paid by the employee. I don't know what the company is doing here. It's better if employees themselves talk to the insurer and get 5 Lac insurance which they will easily get around 5k and at-least they will have benefits after leaving company also and don't have to pay cut to HealthifyMe. Have seen so many good people leaving the company in recent times it will happen more until and unless there is a major change at the top level. Across org employees are unsatisfied and only people who grow in this company are the ones who say to everything which founders ask them to do, it doesn't matter how unethical is that. Anyone joining this company please don't it's very risky and has absolutely no culture and they can fire you anytime.
