      - Ottimo stipendio come entry level, specie a Napoli e provincia - Ottimo rapporto con i colleghi - Mensa aziendale di un buon livello - Parcheggio gratuito interno all'azienda

      Cons

      - Nessuna crescita professionale - Carico di lavoro insostenibile (>>8h quotidie) - Ruolo troppo ripetitivo e poco stimolante (ma è una mia cosa personale, dipende dalle proprie ambizioni)

      Pros

      Great manager, hybrid work, flexibly if you work hard, good benefits, lots of growth. The culture is fantastic.

      Cons

      Lot of restructuring, needs a directory of who manages what, titles are vague and don't reflect what you actually do but everyone is super nice.

      Pay is terrible compared to industry standards, no bonus/stock option, and upper management has been micro-managing the department for over a year as of 2025.
