Horrible company to work for. We are constantly pressured to get the trains out no matter what even if they are un safe. If you raise issues you get labeled as a trouble maker. Everyone knows you can’t get the jobs done in the time given so many corners are cut. It is a rule by fear culture. You are constantly told how much it is going to cost the company if a train doesn’t go into service so staff feel pressured to just sign the jobs off.
