      There is no new product development.

      Cons

      Management from Hitachi through Italy is a mess. The Italian management does not want US development so no new project have been funded for years. They trickle out a little money and only allow updates to old products.

      Pros

      Great manager, hybrid work, flexibly if you work hard, good benefits, lots of growth. The culture is fantastic.

      Cons

      Lot of restructuring, needs a directory of who manages what, titles are vague and don't reflect what you actually do but everyone is super nice.

      Pay is terrible compared to industry standards, no bonus/stock option, and upper management has been micro-managing the department for over a year as of 2025.
